If the item is faulty or damaged, it must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging and a full refund will be given for the cost of the item, less postage costs.
For Credit Account Customers, a Credit Note will be supplied if the above Terms have been adhered to.
Delivery
This service is at present between 2 and 5 working days dependant on stock levels and availability.
You should allow 7 days before the product is required to avoid disappointment, however every effort will be made to ensure your goods are received before this time.
Party Celebration cannot be held responsible for items going missing in the Royal Mail Postal System or via Courier. Postage receipts and / or Tracking Numbers are kept for every Delivery. Claims can only be made to Party Celebration where no receipt can be produced to show the item was sent.
Product Availability
If any item on this website becomes unavailable, Party Celebration will offer you the Customer a suitable alternative. Immediate contact will be made to avoid any further inconvenience.
Any substitution we make will be of equivalent or better quality.

By purchasing goods on this website, we assure you that at no time will any personal information be sold on to a third party. Any personal information obtained is held in confidence.
Our site allows you to pay for your order with your Credit or Debit card. This is a secure site for your own protection.
Should you wish to pay over the telephone, the transaction is processed whilst you are on the phone through our Streamline System.
